A party without cake is just a meeting

And this wasn’t just a meeting…

After a lot of hard work and collaboration we are delighted to announce that Fidelity, the renowned international investment company went live with ServiceNow. This was in fact a reimplementation of the platform designed to remove complexity which had evolved over time with increased customization.

The project was a great success and both the KA2 and Fidelity teams worked closely together to ensure that the new ServiceNow instance not only incorporated all of the latest functionality but was implemented in such a way that it is now agile for years to come.

And how better to celebrate than eating cake? This wasnt just a meeting it was a celebration of two teams working together to deliver a highly positive result. Well done to everyone involved and we look forward to developing the relationship.
