A global financial information services organisation had a requirement to decommission, remove, re-platform and consolidate legacy assets within an existing data centre. The objective was to reallocate valuable real estate to accommodate a new business. This included project managing the physical delivery of new cabinets, cabling and power into the new space. The project was time-critical due to the existing datacentre’s imminent closing date.
