  • to send your information to Clients in order to apply or assess your suitability for Assignments;
  • to keep your personal details on our secure in-house company database;
  • to market our full range of services to you;
  • to send you details of reports, networking and Client events and general information;
  • to use your information to monitor compliance with and the effectiveness of our Diversity policy on an anonymised basis;
  • to use your information to share aggregated demographic information with our Clients (Note: this is not linked to any individual person).

You may request to unsubscribe from assignment alerts and marketing material at any time by contacting us by email and giving details of what services you wish to unsubscribe from.

Sharing

We may pass your information to:

third parties where we have retained them to provide services that you or our Client have requested (e.g. references, qualifications and criminal reference checking services; verification of the details you have provided);

third parties who perform functions on our behalf and who also provide services to us (eg professional advisors, research and mailing houses and outsourcing partners);

our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, or associated companies as defined in Section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006 (our Group);

We reserve the right to transfer your information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of our company provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy and provided that the third party only uses your Personal Data for the purposes that you have provided it to us.
