This highly respected award recognises Chriss’ outstanding leadership qualities and her unwavering commitment to excellence in every collaboration and service delivered to our global clients.

Chriss is an inspiring and innovative leader, with over 35 years of experience building and leading successful companies headquartered in the county of Kent. Her passion for people and business, coupled with her honesty and integrity, has been instrumental in driving KA2 – the sustainable change consultancy.

She is committed to creating a collaborative and supportive business environment which supports innovative thinking and encourages personal development, with a key goal of recognising and rewarding both individual and team contributions.

Chriss is not afraid to try new strategies on a mission to create winning solutions and deliver excellence to our customers.  Her vision and tenacity have most recently resulted in the development of the award-winning Sustainability Solution, COzPro and combining her love for the game of rugby and travelling further demonstrate her adventurous and energetic spirit.
