The KA2 Smarter Forums

01 November 2022

The forum focused on the important topic of IT Asset Management – a topic that is very much at the forefront of people’s minds, with carbon tax and non-ESG penalties gaining greater focus, having to demonstrate your environmental and social credentials is becoming unavoidable.

We examined how organisations are managing the end-to-end lifecycle of both their hardware and software assets and the need for change to IT Asset Management lifecycles, paying particular attention to the importance of moving from cradle-to-grave to cradle-to-cradle.

In addition, we looked at how ServiceNow is working hard to support the ITAM agenda with the launch of the new ESG Module, a key update to the Tokyo release.

The room was full of passionate thought leaders engaging in a lively debate, producing practical answers to real-world user challenges, and creating high-value solutions that are the foundation for continuing business success.  And we were pleased to update our guests on COzNow – The KA2 ESG Application for ServiceNow, which enables organisations to manage their entire CO2 e-asset lifecycle, understand their environmental position and drive decisions that influence their sustainability goals.

We want to extend our thanks to all who attended – from the feedback, we know that you found the event entertaining, collaborative and insightful. We are already looking forward to the next KA2 Smarter Forum which will take place early next year.

Seats at these highly collaborative get-togethers are both limited and in high demand, often filling up within hours of opening the guest list. So, whilst we do not have a fixed date for the next KA2 Smarter Forum and the first of 2023, we advise that you register your interest to attend by completing the form below.
