August 2019 marks the 1st anniversary of the ServiceNow implementation at NatWest Markets. Internally known as CRISP, Lewis Martin, KA2 Head of ITSM managed the successful go live of the ServiceNow platform. Lewis continues to work with the NatWest Markets team to enable change and drive further functionality and capabilities ensuring they optimise their investment in the CRISP platform.
Working in partnership with our clients is key to our success in delivering ITSM projects and ongoing consulting engagements.
