The KA2 Limited Smarter Managed Service providing ServiceNow solution design, development, and project delivery has received a ServiceNow 5-Star Customer Satisfaction rating by UK Investment Bank. The Service was governed by stringent security and risk controls and met all audit points. The KA2 Team operated as an integral part of the Bank’s Service Management function, supplying all the ServiceNow development capability and upskilling the customer resources required to build the future state operating model. KA2 worked with the customer senior executives on a number of key initiatives including the ITOM and GRC projects, defining the CMDB data model, and the creation of the strategic roadmap to deliver new capabilities, products, and services to maximise the enterprise value of the platform to the business
