KA2 Receives their second 5-Star ServiceNow Customer Satisfaction rating of 2021!

The KA2 Limited engagement to transition services from a critical in-house developed legacy application to the ServiceNow platform has been awarded a ServiceNow 5-Star Satisfaction rating by our customer. We designed and implemented the required workflows and automation required to meet in excess of fifty control points from numerous disparate systems into a single integrated function on the ServiceNow platform utilising the ServiceNow GRC application.
