KA2 is delighted to be working with a UK Challenger Bank on a new ServiceNow engagement project.
The client has been a ServiceNow customer for many years and has adopted the platform to support key ITIL-based processes. In 2021, the Bank changed leadership, and renewed attention was given to the ServiceNow platform, focusing on further adoption of ServiceNow capabilities and the data held within ServiceNow to support broader business functions.
KA2 was engaged to deliver a program to ensure the client gains the maximum benefits from their ServiceNow investment and provide them with a solid foundation to adopt additional capabilities.
The KA2 team of experts started work to optimise the ITIL-based processes, review and address the CMDB and the Data Model, Service Request Model, Discovery, Integrations and implement a Virtual Agent, Continuous Service Improvement, and Agile DevOps.
In addition to these key project deliveries, KA2 is helping the Bank to understand the broader ESG and Cyber Security platform capability.
The collaboration between KA2 and the Bank to deliver the project has proved a real success. Over the next few months, we look forward to empowering the Bank to achieve its desired outcomes and setting a pathway to continue the ServiceNow journey after project completion.
