KA2 Insight: ServiceNow Rome Release

ServiceNow ROME release has dropped!

We have already upgraded our PDI’s and have been having a good look at the new functionalities.

On the surface there looks to be some good enhancements to existing capabilities and we welcome the full release in September!

We will be exploring ROME in greater detail in the coming weeks, and we will be publishing our deeper thoughts. But in the meantime, we would be interested to know what you think of the update!
