As part of a wider business transformation program, our Client is undertaking a significant technology change initiative. KA2 has been engaged to deliver an ITSM strategy and implement the supporting platform, ServiceNow, having been identified and selected prior to the engagement commencing. The initial delivery was to focus on the IT Change Management process and the initial stand up of the ServiceNow platform for the new dedicated IT environment. KA2 were tasked to deliver this project in a challenging timeframe, where the go live is a key milestone in the overall transformation program. The delivery is to be phase one of IT Service Management and ServiceNow adoption, with a challenging delivery roadmap to follow.
